Sierra Sage’s Comfort Cream relieves sore, cracked nipples and tenderness during breast feeding. It is safe for both nursing mamas and babies . Does not contain lanolin.
INGREDIENTS: *Olive Oil, *Calendula Flowers, *Chamomile Flowers, *Marshmallow Root,
and *Beeswax (*Organic).
DIRECTIONS: Warm a small amount in the palm of your hand and apply to tender nipples after each nursing. Air dry and repeat as often as needed. If baby wants to nurse right after application please gently wipe cream off nipples.

Herbal Sitz Bath
Sierra Sage’s herbal Sitz Bath calms and soothes the healing process following the birth experience. It reduces the pain and inflammation of hemorrhoids, as well as swollen vaginal and perineal tissues. Herbal Sitz Baths help to ease bleeding and prevent infection of the bladder, caesarean incisions, and tears.
INGREDIENTS: *Rose Petals, *Lavender Flowers, *Chamomile Flowers, *Calendula Flowers, * Yarrow, *Uva Ursi, *Sage, *Comfrey, *Shepherds Purse, and Sea Salt (*Organic).
DIRECTIONS: Place the Herbal ‘Tea Bag’ in tub while filling with warm
water to hip height and soak once a day for 10 minutes. Each bag may be used 2-3 times before discarding.
